Why do I sometimes receive a blank screen when downloading acrobat files?
The browser will display a blank screen until the Acrobat file is downloaded to your computer. It is better practice to "Save" the file to your local drive first, then open it. This way you have a progress bar informing you of the estimated download time.
Why do I need the choice between HTTP and FTP?
The FTP protocol will restart interrupted file transfers during lost connections. Unfortunately, some companies still block FTP access forcing users to choose HTTP. |
